(WP12a, 2008–2010) – This study investigated migrants’ lives in cities in Austria, Croatia, in the UK, the Channel Islands and the Czech Republic. They focused on two aspects: how do migrants participate and integrate in the economy and society, and how do they use (or not) their language(s) as economic or symbolic capital?
